STEP 1 : RESERVE YOUR APARTMENT

- Either fax the completed application, copy of pay stubs, and ID to (775) 359-1237, email to info@www.apartmentinreno.com, or bring the paperwork directly to our Leasing Office at 190 C Street, Sparks, NV 89431.
- There is an application fee of $35 per person or $50 per married couple and an administrative fee of $100. The administrative fee will hold your apartment until your move-in date.
- Along with the checks for the fees you will need to bring in two recent paycheck stubs to verify your income and provide a copy of your current government issued state ID.
STEP 2 : APPROVAL PROCESS
- Click HERE to review the Approval Criteria at Lincoln Garden, Regina Marie, and Nevada Hills Apartments.
- Upon approval, you will be contacted by the leasing staff and will be given a MOVE-IN date.
- In the event you do not get approved, you will be returned your administrative fee of $100. The application fee of $35 is non-refundable.
- Along with the checks for the fees you will need to bring in two recent paycheck stubs to verify your income and provide a copy of your current government-issued state ID.
